Senior executives at TV3 have acquired a stake of between 7 and 9 per cent in the independent television station following the completion of its acquisition for €265million by Doughty Hanson last week.
Senior executives at TV3 have acquired a stake of between 7 and 9 per cent in the independent television station following the completion of its acquisition for €265million by Doughty Hanson last week.
TV3 has not disclosed how much the executives paid for their combined stake, although it is believed to be based on a percentage of the share capital in the company and not on the overall valuation given to the deal.
