TV3, Arnotts and Topaz loans to be auctioned in IBRC wind-up

The loans of fuel retailer Topaz and television station TV3 are to be auctioned as part of the liquidation of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation's €22 billion loan book.

The loans of a number of companies are to be auctioned individually as part of the liquidation of the IBRC €22 billion loan book.

The loans of fuel retailer Topaz and television station TV3 are to be auctioned individually as part of the liquidation of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation's (IBRC) €22 billion loan book.

Loans behind the Racing Post newspaper and certain loans connected to the department store Arnotts have also been selected among a small number of loans to be sold individually by the special liquidator, KPMG.
