TV Review: TV junkies getting high on pawn

Television is junk, right? So maybe that's why there's been an epidemic of programmes about trash and cash, crowded with shaven-headed, goatee-bearded Americans, most of whom look like 10 million Big Macs stuffed into jeans and a t-shirt. The aesthetic is, well, pure biker rally.
