The Savage Eye on RTE Two: funny, but could have done with better policing.

I've been looking forward to the return of The Savage Eye (RTE Two) with, among other grotesques, Mick the Bull' Daly. David McSavage enjoys kneeing Irish pretensions and institutions in the groin and lampooning establishment figures, some of whom are identifiable, such as Joe Duffy and Pat Kenny. Others are anonymous and authoritarian - bull-peddling politicians who look vaguely terrified, or gardaí waiting for brains to be issued.
