Turf Club plans hotel complex at Curragh

The trustees of the Turf Club are to apply for planning permission to develop a hotel, restaurant and leisure centre on part of the Curragh racecourse in Co Kildare.

The trustees of the Turf Club are to apply for planning permission to develop a hotel, restaurant and leisure centre on part of the Curragh racecourse in Co Kildare.

Under the plan, the western half of the West Stand would be demolished, and a five-storey, 72-bedroom hotel would be built, along with a restaurant, bar and leisure centre, including a fitness centre, spa and swimming pool.
