That share price of Tullow Oil jumped as much as 3.7 per cent in London trading this morning after it revealed that it had made a new oil discovery in Kenya.

The company said in a trading and operational update that it had found 40 metres of net pay in its Etuko prospect in the company. It said that it also significantly upgraded resources at two previous discoveries in the country, the Ngamia-1 and Twiga South...
