A €200 million private healthcare park in Co Offaly looks set to get planning permission, after planners approved a material contravention of the development plan to facilitate the major development.

A €200 million private healthcare park in Co Offaly looks set to get planning permission, after planners approved a material contravention of the development plan to facilitate the major development.

The material contravention means the 22-acre site beside the new public hospital in Tullamore, which was zoned for residential and leisure use, can be used for healthcare.
