The founder of Dublin wind energy company Trinergy could make up to €416 million following the sale of the firm last year, The Sunday Business Post has learned.

Paul Williams founded Trinergy in 2004.He rapidly built it up into one of the largest owners and managers of wind energy assets in the world. Last August, the company was bought by a subsidiary of British electricity giant International Power for €868 million.
