The Knightsbrook Hotel in Trim, Co Meath has 131 bedrooms and 28 self-catering houses

Cushman and Wakefield has sold Knightsbrook Hotel and Golf Resort, a four-star resort hotel in Trim, Co Meath to a party of private Irish investors for just shy of €20 million.

The sale was one of the largest hotel transactions of the year in Ireland and was brought to a best and final offer stage amid strong bidding, according to the agent.
