In a room in the RDS Simmonscourt Pavilion in Dublin, 140 cheeses are laid out in front of me.
Thankfully I don't have to taste them all - that would be too much even for me - but by the time I've finished helping to judge this year's Irish Cheese Awards, I'll have nibbled on a fair number.
