Lisloughrey Lodge in Cong already boasts an enviable location overlooking Lough Corrib and counts Ashford Castle among its neighbours. But it's also serving up some interesting food under executive chef Jonathan Keane.

A native of Kylemore in nearby Connemara, Keane has put together an innovative menu for the hotel's restaurant, Wilde's at the Lodge, which uses wild flowers and other ingredients from the surrounding countryside.
