Tried and tasted: Chocolate for all seasons

The chocolates produced by husband and wife team Ferdinand Vandaele and Helena Hemeryck are some of the best I've tasted in years.

Those of you who are on a post-Christmas diet probably won't thank me for writing about chocolate this week, but I've never been a fan of the total abstinence approach to January taken by many people.

That's not to say I'm not trying to eat lots of healthy food to counteract the festive excesses - I am - but I'm also not averse to the odd treat, and the chocolates produced by husband and wife...
