Lawyers for scores of witnesses who have been denied legal costs at the country’s tribunals, including builders Tom and Michael Bailey, are considering further legal action to recoup fees.
Their moves come after a Supreme Court ruling last week that was scathing of certain operations of the Flood Tribunal (now the Mahon Tribunal), and the tribunal system as a whole.
