Treasury in talks for second Chinese site
Irish developer Treasury Holdings is in talks to buy a second “substantial'‘ site in China for a major development.
The company, which is owned by Richard Barrett and Johnny Ronan, signed a joint venture deal worth €1.2 billion with a Chinese firm earlier this year to develop a 900-acre site near Shanghai.
