A legal challenge by Treasury Holdings against the National Assets Management Agency (NAMA) is to be heard on February 21st, the High Court has heard.

The challenge centres around the appointment of receivers by NAMA to properties owned by Treasury Holdings.

The High Court also heard that the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (formerly Anglo Irish Bank) and KBC Bank would also join the proceedings.
