Treasury Holdings, the property development company owned by Johnny Ronan and Richard Barrett, received the ‘‘vast bulk’’ of the €10.6 million in management fees paid by closed-end investment fund Real Estate Opportunities (REO) for the first six months of 2007.

A spokeswoman for REO confirmed that Treasury Holdings was the main management company for the fund, but said Invesco had had some responsibilities during the six months.
