Trapedza Financial Systems, a small Dublin software firm, made a loss of more than €430,000 last year, pushing its accumulated loss to more than €2.3 million.
Accounts just filed by the firm show that it has raised €530,000 from existing investors led by Bank of Scotland (Ireland) to prevent its shareholders' funds from falling below zero.
The company had shareholders' funds of €466,390 at the end of January this year after raising the funds.
