1st November, 2008

A new company to help firms with dictation and transcription needs has opened online. Professionaltranscriptions.com is run by the former chairman of Telework Ireland, Riona Carroll.

The company's website accepts audio files (including MP3) to be uploaded.

The file is then delegated to a professional typist working for the company, who transcribes the content and saves the completed text file back onto the website. The website's customer then downloads the text file.
