Tranche of eight BoI bank branches sells for €10 million

Online auctioneer Bid X1 generated around €10 million from the sale of eight Bank of Ireland branch properties in December for the vendor The Layden Group.

Seven of them sold after auction to one bidder. They were among 28 lots that sold after auction which together generated €14 million, bringing BidX1’s total December sales to more than €47 million.
