Towering strength: Dublin’s two-year commercial property growth spurt

Analysis by Construction Information Services shows that 600,000 square metres of commercial property will be built in Dublin over the next two years

As much as 600,000 square metres of commercial property is being built or is being completed in Dublin city and county, most of which will be delivered within the next two years.

The figures are compiled by Construction Information Services based on 106 projects, most of which are offices, but also include cultural and data centres and mixed-use projects with residential and retail accommodation.
