Tourism Ireland has launched a major strategy to boost Canadian tourism to Ireland by as much as 47 per cent in two years.

Canada offers significant potential for Irish tourism, according to the strategy. Canadian visitors to the island of Ireland could grow 47 per cent to 184,000 by the end of 2016, delivering revenue of €134 million.
