Topaz saves 82 jobs with €1.35m investment

Topaz invested €1.35 million in five of its Leinster based outlets over the last two months.

Fuel and convenience retailer Topaz invested €1.35 million in five of its Leinster based outlets over the last two months.

The five outlets, which were formerly part of the Brinkhall group, had been earmarked for closure and Topaz said the investment had secured 82 jobs.

The stations are located at Athy and Newbridge in Co Kildare, Ashford Co Wicklow and Mullingar and Athlone in Co Westmeath.
