Restaurateur Johnny Cooke will have to wait a number of months to find out if he has been restricted from serving as a company director after the High Court reserved judgment on his case last week.

The restriction proceedings were taken against Cooke for his involvement in two failed companies, Cooke's Events and Cherby. The companies, which operated his chain of restaurants and cafes, were placed into liquidation two years ago.
