Much on offer in Sheppard’s Attic Sale is somewhat grander than what’s usually banished aloft. In an array of elegant furniture, the prettiest piece I’ve seen in a while is a late 19th-century parcel gilt writing desk painted in a gorgeous shade of Wedgwood blue (€800-€1,200).
