Back in 2012, I wrote a piece entitled What Buyers Want. In it, I catalogued the house-hunting endeavours of first-time buyers and families trading up in the Dublin area.
Last summer, the Lord Mayor of Dublin, OisÃn Quinn, proposed a new levy on vacant sites within the city centre - that area which is typically thought of as being between the canals, or within the North and South Circular Roads.
