A Tipperary farmer has won his Supreme Court appeal against a High Court order to pay his wife €2.8 million from the sale of his lands.
The husband appealed on the basis of the collapse in property prices since 2008.
The farmer, identified only as ND, claimed the 2008 High Court order was unfair because his land had fallen in value from €28,000 to €7,800 an acre.
