Timely CRO list

I read with great interest your article (SBP 29/5/05) on the new ‘get tough' policy by the ODCE to establish an updated list of disqualified directors, which is to be published on the CRO website.

How many companies had to write off balances due to dishonest trading, which could have been minimised had such a list been to hand in the past?
