Time for Dublin to grow up, say the experts

Dublin City Council is expected to change its demanding design and size standards for apartment blocks in its next City Development Plan, which is due to be drafted next year.

Such changes would be welcomed by developers, buyers and renters as long as it improves the supply of more reasonably-priced units which would cater for smaller households, and accommodate low and middle-income earners.
