Thumbs up for Tipp super-Venue

Businessman Richard Quirke has unveiled his plans for a €460 million sporting and leisure development on an 800-acre site in Co Tipperary, reports Linda Maher

While some observers are sceptical about whether or not a €460 million Las Vegas-style cultural, sporting and leisure development for Co Tipperary will ever get off the ground, others believe it will be a boon for the county - and the country.
