This is a well-made and ambitious Prosecco that is far superior to most we encounter on wine shelves and lists. It is a rosé wine made from lesser-known grapes, such as raboso and lagrein, and it has a profoundly engaging, raspberry and rose-petal nose with a waft of maraschino cherry.
