Three Irish companies sign French contracts totalling €1.5m

Three Irish companies have signed contracts with a total value of €1.5 million with three French counterparts.

“I would like to congratulate the Irish companies here today on the progress they have made in generating new and significant export opportunities in France,” said President Michael D Higgins.

Three Irish companies have signed contracts with a total value of €1.5 million with three French counterparts.

AMCS from Co Limerick, Anua, which is part of the Bord na Mona Group, and Cork Plastics operate in the cleantech and construction sectors.

The announcements were made at a business event in Paris attended by President Michael D. Higgins as part of his official visit to Paris. The contracts will support 18 jobs in Ireland.
