The new year market kicked off with the release of a housing report from Daft.ie, the property sales website, which reported the continuing trend of recovery nationwide. It is worth remembering that the term `recovery' is a relative one. For Dublin and surrounding counties, it means consistent growth. For many regional areas, recovery looks a bit different. It shows a picture of slower rates of house price decline and marginally improved levels of transactions.
