Third-level sector to get €300m

The government is to shortly announce a package of research funding, thought to be in excess of €300 million, for the third-level sector.

The government is to shortly announce a package of research funding, thought to be in excess of €300 million, for the third-level sector.

The funding, to be administered by the Higher Education Authority, under its Programme for Research in Third Level Institutions, will be split between capital infrastructure and money for individual research projects.
