Thermo King pays €140m dividend to parent company

An Irish subsidiary of technology and engineering firm Ingersoll-Rand has paid a €140 million dividend to its parent company.

An Irish subsidiary of technology and engineering firm Ingersoll-Rand has paid a €140 million dividend to its parent company.

Ingersoll-Rand Irish Holdings is the holding company for Thermo King, which employs about 1,500 people in Ireland, most of whom are employed in Galway. The Irish operation specialises in manufacturing transport refrigeration units.
