The rich can buy 103 square metres of luxury housing for €1 million in Dublin, compared to 29 sqm in New York and 24 sqm in London for the equivalent amount of money

Ireland is to outpace the world when it comes to the growth in numbers of ultra-wealthy people over the next ten years.

The findings, which show Ireland going against global trends, are published in the latest Wealth Report from estate agent Knight Frank (KF).
