While Dundrum with its billion euro plus valuation is considered to be the trophy in Project Jewel, it may well be the rough diamonds in the portfolio that will decide which bidder has the cutting edge to win the bidding battle.

The two rough diamonds in the Project Jewel/Chartered Land portfolio created by Joe O’Reilly are the Carlton site and the old Dundrum shopping centre.
