Wolves the victim of double standards

While Mick McCarthy has said he accepts the Premier League’s decision to punish Wolves for fielding an understrength side against Manchester United, he and many others must be privately fuming about the ruling.

Wolves were handed a suspended stg£25,000 fine after McCarthy changed ten of his outfield players for the match at Old Trafford. Wolves were beaten 3-0, and McCarthy claimed afterwards that he wanted to make sure his team avoided injury ahead...
