The euro appears to be in need of a rebrand and one blog is collecting some interesting options for a new currency name.

Site visitors are being asked to vote on their favourite name or propose a new one.

Top contenders so far are the Neuro, the BizMark, the Ecu and the Tenax (the Latin for frugal, grasping, obstinate and stingy).
