Mark Twain was right - October. This is one of the peculiarly dangerous months to speculate in stocks. The others are July, January, September, April, November, May, March, June, December, August and February. These are nervous times and when it comes to the stock market, I am reminded of the famous Clash song, Should I Stay Or Should I Go?

I like to simplify investment visually through an analogy of boxes.
