The High Court made a very interesting and potentially far-reaching order during the week in relation to the wife of Dublin solicitor Michael Lynn.

The court refused to grant orders directing Lynn’s wife, Brid Murphy, to repay a €3.8million loan from Bank of Scotland (Ireland).
