Is Mulcahy right to be optimistic about Nama’s chances?

Nama has been filling up the vacancies at top positions in the agency. Last week, it announced two more senior appointments.

Former Ulster Bank executive Ronnie Hanna will become head of credit and risk, while long-time property guru John Mulcahy, of Jones Lang LaSalle, will take up the post of head of portfolio management.
