We’ve seen the draft Nama legislation. Now we have the draft business plan. Even Fianna Fáil ministers were keen to emphasise that the business plan for Nama published last week was only a draft.

Immediately, critics of the Nama scheme and opposition politicians jumped all over it. In truth, that is what business plans are for. Business plans are there to be pulled apart - because they are always too optimistic.
