Utilities providers will need to make big data more central to their pricing structures, according to new research from BearingPoint.

Utilities providers will need to make big data more central to their pricing structures, according to new research from BearingPoint.

The study, which looked at the impact IT will have on the utilities sector between now and 2030, found that big data is only used by 28 per cent of providers in Europe when developing customer tariff plans.
