TWM has completed the sale of the Delvin Centre in Stamullen in Co Meath for €2.35 million on behalf of receiver Stephen Tennant of Grant Thornton.

The mixed use asset, which is located on the village’s main road, comprises a mix of retail and residential tenants, producing an annual rent of €242,100.
