If I could change one thing about the coffee industry, it would be to do with the conundrum surrounding milk drinks. Most people are familiar with the basic milk drink names - cappuccinos, lattes, flat whites, macchiatos, to name but a few. Each of these has its own definitions that unfortunately change from place to place, and therein lies the problem.
