Real , fresh, Irish crab, picked from the claws and from the body cavity after the creature has been boiled in salted water, is one of the best things you can eat.

There’s not a lot of difference between it and lobster - apart from the price.

However, there’s a huge difference between this and the pasteurised, frozen crabmeat that most people (and most restaurants, if you want the truth) use. Fresh crab smells...
