TG4 has introduced a surprising novelty to its schedule this autumn: the Irish language broadcaster is showing a series of the adult-oriented animated US series South Park in a 6.30pm weekday time slot.
TG4 has introduced a surprising novelty to its schedule this autumn: the Irish language broadcaster is showing a series of the adult-oriented animated US series South Park in a 6.30pm weekday time slot.
TG4 leascheannasai Padhraic O’ Ciardha defended the move. He said he was aware the series occasionally contained offensive material and said that certain episodes would therefore not be shown in the early slot, but would be delayed until after midnight.
