Tommy Fleming, one of Ireland’s best-selling singer-songwriters, is suing his record company in a dispute over royalties.

Tommy Fleming, one of Ireland’s best-selling singer-songwriters, is suing his record company in a dispute over royalties.

The Sligo-born tenor has taken a High Court action against Clann Records of Co Louth.

The case relates to Fleming’s intellectual property rights, and centres on royalties and the ownership of old material.
