The Department of Education and Skills has issued an invitation to tender for the design of the website of the education and training agency gradually replacing Fas, Solas.
The Department of Education and Skills has issued an invitation to tender for the design of the website of the education and training agency gradually replacing Fas, Solas.
Solas (an acronym of the Irish for further education and training services: Seirbhisi Oideachais Leanunaigh Agus Scileanna') was announced as the replacement for Fas in July 2011.
It was formally established last October.
