Cumberland House in Dublin has been rented to Twitter and Mobile Travel Technologies

The scramble to meet the demand for office accommodation was reflected in two developments in the commercial property sector last week.

Hibernia Reit announced that it has completed the refurbishment of Cumberland House in Dublin 2 ahead of schedule. It will provide around 135,000 square feet of office space – all of which has already been let.
